Prime Grid preferences mysteriously changed

I previously tried to update to the latest version, but it does not run on my machine. The new version may be stable, but it's unusable. Tried again a few minutes ago, but I get the same error, "The app was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)." Went back to the previous version, no issues.

No crashes. Just went to sleep and woke up the next day to find only one task running. I am using 6.12.26 ver. Go figure.

How did my Prime Grid preferences change themselves? When I checked my machine this morning, only one task was running (I usually run 9 simultaneoulsy), there were a dozen waiting to report, and my account showed all tasked disabled. I certainly did not change it.
