Thanks for the info. Doesn't look like that project will get ported anytime soon. Is there any software required to crunch PPS sieve? Again, just for GPU.

Been away for a bit. Can't remember if I needed to download any special software to crunch only GPU. Looked in other parts of the forum but want to make sure. What's needed to crunch with GPU? I have a ATI 6950 with catalyst control center 12.3 running under windows 7 pro 64. Also, last time I was here crunching, there was only one project for GPU. Are there more than 1? Thanks for the help.

Should be Randy (extremesystems) for the host. As far as wu, after restart, all wu's continue to crunch. I did about the last one as the time to finish was like 3 hrs. I reduced another thread, 14 from 16 total last night and made it all night. Since the gpu requires .5 CPU to crunch along with the gpu, starting to wonder if hyperthreading has something to do with this. But really don't know as this is my 1st time crunching with a gpu.

Still having random crashes. I tried adjusting the settings higher and crashed more often. Went back to defaults but still getting periodic crashes. My log does indicate the crash is from the gpu. Could it be my card is not up to the job or is it the random wu?

Just started crunching today. Win7 64 and a ATI 5670. Crunching WCG with dual e5640's and the GPU here. Had a crash after 1 wu finished. No error. I backed off one process to 15 and turned down the gpu a little. Fans running at 75% on the gpu. Temps around 150. Is it normal for crashes? Anything I should be aware of crunching here? This is my 1st time crunching with gpu. Been crunching WCG since 07. Appreciate any help. Tnks.
