I've been crunching pps-mega also. Plus DYFL, but am moving that over to gfn-21 for a while. Temperatures are just too wicked to do much crunching now. August and the beginning of September are the hottest months of the year here, and this year is hotter than usual.

Yup, I'd agree that is a monster for sure! :-)
And I'm not much of a fan anymore on Intel's way of handling CPU threads/cores as the old ways were much better for prime crunching. I'm most likely going to be purchasing AMD in my next round of cpu's. What is the power consumption of your monster?

Well the hot hot hot weather has arrived, so going to take a breather from the crunching. And also that's not to mention that our elec prices are increasing too. So gonna sign off. It's been a kick!! :-)

Thank you for the warm welcome. As for the upcoming Challenge, we are getting into the change-over from winter to summer temps. So I'll pop in what the weather allows me. If it stays like now it'll be all my gpu's. Been running some 19's to see what's what. :-)

Well, spoke too soon, or was hexed as one did die. Turned out the power supply died. :-( Luckily I had a spare so it's back crunching 17-low again. :-)
