Someone asked about the GCW sieve files in the chat and I realized they were overdue for updating. Besides removing any candidates where factors had been found, I also removed any candidates that had already been tested by LLR. The sieve files have lost between 19%-24% of their candidates (varies by base). While sieving will now be faster, credit rates will be unchanged.

These new files will be sent out automatically in a few hours, after the jobs created using the old sieve files are all sent out. Each workunit "knows" the sieve file it should be using. it's also worth mentioning that BOINC clients of version 7.0+ can download gzipped (much smaller) versions of these files and will then expand them to normal size after downloading. PrimeGrid supports that mechanism in our GCW Sieve workunits.
