For most of the last year, I've been using a system to benchmark our LLR credit that wasn't behaving as I expected. The result is that several LLR projects had some tasks receiving more credit than anticipated.
I have completed making the tests and calculations necessary to adjust the credit system. Fixing the problem required completely new credit benchmarks for all LLR projects, so everything is changing, if only by a little bit. You may notice the following changes:
1) Tasks currently with erroneous credit will now be producing the correct amount of credit. These tasks will see a reduction in credit between 3% and 18%. Affected projects are: Some Woodall, some Cullen, some PSP, and all GCW.
2) Otherwise, credit on large tasks will mostly be very close to previous values, but credit on the small tasks (PPS and PPSE) will go up.
3) SGS, which is the reference for all LLR credit, is unchanged.
4) Everything that's not LLR (GFN, sieves, AP27) is unchanged.
As of yet there's no timetable for implementing these changes, but it will probably happen in the near future.
