"Never"? I think the probability is very low. It would be quite sensational (to me) if none new are found before the year 2067. See history of Cullen primes greater than 10^999 on Caldwell's Cullen Top 20. Also see Sloane's OEIS Cullen entry with links. Similar pages exist for Woodall, Caldwell, Sloane. /JeppeSN
