So I have a Core I5-6500. When turbo boost is enabled it gets an extra 100 to 400mhz cpu speed depending on how many cores are running. I decided to just run two SoB tasks so it would give me an extra 300mhz and they also run faster if you don't bog all of the cores down. These are the only two tasks I'm running. My question is, if anyone knows, when I look at the Windows 10 Task manager it shows the llr program using between 26 to 27% each of the cpu. To me this means it is using more than the one core it should. That besides Windows overhead is causing me to only get 200mhz since it is a step, based on core usage. It is also telling me that i'm getting around 200 extra
Is this just a windows task manager reporting error by showing the over 25% usage? |
