I know LLR and Genefer are slower with hyperthreading, but is it the same for AP27?

Absolutely. I have an Acer i7 on which it is impossible to disable hyperthreading. WU's take a lot longer than on my i5 without hypertreading.

Unit times will be longer, but the real question is if you get better throughput. e.g. do you do more tasks per time... and for AP27, I don't know. Worst case you're doing twice as many units in twice the time, so it cancels out for no advantage. If the time is less than double, you're getting an advantage.
