I've had my i5-2500k overclocked to 4.5GHz using offset mode, in CPU-Z it always showed about 1.3-1.35vCore, but when i go to fixed mode and set it at 1.35 I immediately BSOD, x0124. I set it to fixed mode 1.4vCore and I don't BSOD but CPU-Z is showing voltage as between 1.304-1.31 vCore, nowhere near what I set it to. I'm overclocking via BIOS, speedstep off. motherboard is AsRock P67 Extreme4. Why is the fixed voltage not using what i set it to, but ~0.09v under what i set it to?
