Just curious - when you assign "manual cobblestones" to us for PSA work, is that all?

There's no "hit counter" for PSA work on the PrimeGrid side of things, probably because that would be too much work or whatever - or it would result in duplicate recordings by mistake, or primes without a "finder" because they were found by an e-mail address not associated with PrimeGrid, etc...

I found another prime today, so I glanced at my home.php at the bottom and have found a total of 11 primes here through BOINC.

But my list of primes shows a lot more than eleven. But it's also a lot fewer than 1.124, the amount I've found on PRPNet alone.

What are these primes? :o They're all listed as PPS LLR, but I've only found 8 through BOINC! Are they from PRPNet in some regards, or what...?

Yes I'm aware that the old PPSE10k/11k and PPSElow ports carried nearly a 100% guarantee to NOT find anything that would rank in the top 5000. ;) I'm not in this for the fame. As it turns out, having two current primes found within two weeks of each other does not make me famous, and I'm okay with that. :P

Yes. Just credit.

I found another prime today, so I glanced at my home.php at the bottom and have found a total of 11 primes here through BOINC.

But my list of primes shows a lot more than eleven. But it's also a lot fewer than 1.124, the amount I've found on PRPNet alone.

Until recently, no other information at all was carried over from PSA. Last fall, I added all PSA primes to the boinc database, so those primes now show up here. That was not a perfect transfer since finding and identifying all the primes found on PRPNet was difficult. We don't have records of everything, and some of the data is incomplete. For example, for some of the older, smaller primes, all we have is the prime numbers, and no record of who found them.

The reason your prime list shows more than 11 is because the PRPNet primes have been added in. The reason it may be less than the number of PRPNet primes you've found is because, for one reason or another, some of those primes couldn't be added to the boinc database.

Possible reasons for not being able to add primes include not having any record of the primes, or not being able to associate a prime with a single BOINC ID. For example, let's say you used to use a different email address and a different user name for PRPNet than you currently use for BOINC. There would be no way to match up that prime to your boinc account.

I added all the primes that could be found, including all active PRPNet databases, all inactive PRPNet databases that were still on the servers, prime lists from http://u-g-f.de/PRPNet/, and any log files that John and Lennart had. In all, over 40 thousand primes were added from PRPNet. But it was not possible to associate all of them with the correct BOINC user.
