Switch off core boost and your temps will drop and performance will likely increase - your clock speeds are about 10% lower than they should be for that temperature presuming you have a decent cooler.
You have 3 cores per ccx and esp can run within a ccx so you want to run 4 tasks with 3 threads each.
Then use something like process lasso to keep them within the ccx.

If you set 50% processors you're effectively turning HT off for primegrid. If you don't want to do that you can also set maximum tasks to 2.
