I am working on a translation of The Rules into Estonian, Croatian, and Japanese for the benefit of our non-native-English speaking members. I'm having trouble with a few phrases like "luxury yacht" and "schuss-booming". Help would be appreciated. G-translate gave me nonsensical replies, though what do I know, since I don't speak any of those languages.

(That's "Gary" if you live in Svalbard or Papua New Guinea, just to be clear)

luxury yacht = luksus jaht
Word "jaht" have two meanings in estonian language.
jaht = yacht
jaht = hunt

I need ram for virtual machines mainly for goofixgrid instances but also for file servers and web servers. And as you know llr speed is memory related.

little upgrade is in progress.
Today I will get my second 1060 6g
Next week I will get replacements CPUs for my main server.
Currently I have 2 x E5-2620 they will be replaced with 2x E5-2650 CPUs.
Have not decided yet will I or not to replace all memory.
Currently installed 24 x 4GB PC3-10600R modules.
Planned 16 x 8GB PC3-12800R
24 slots occupied is bad because it brings speed down and takes a lot of power.
But this type of memory upgrade costs aproximately €350 :(

Do NOT keep your task manager displaying the "Tasks" tab continuously, however. With that many tasks in the system, the BOINC manager will use a noticeable amount of CPU time. It's better to leave the BOINC manager on the "Projects" tab when you'r not using it.

Wow I never knew this.. I've always left it on tasks.. will now have to go and fix that on all my systems that I can get to at the moment - thanks !

Keeping BOINC manager in system tray is unnecessary most cases I think...

It is actually pure enjoyment to read their forum:)
Especially I liked this one;
Let's hope that during the remaining 5 days the rats are not mutated to hamsters ...
