However, I gave up 4 RAM modules :(
It was starting to feel like a lottery.
Once the samples were correctly calculated and the next day there were only errors!
Now I'm going to test the CPU. Lowest possible voltage with constant adjustable CPU frequencies.
PS.
RAM works stably with setting
G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB, DDR5, 32 GB, 6000MHz, CL30

It seems that the problem has been solved :)
I changed the delay from CL30 to CL32 and it counts stable so far.
I counted SR5, no errors.

Now I'm counting TRP and they are near the end of errors none.

Yes, so far for 1.25 hours without errors.
Will test it again tonight
In BIOS settings DDR5 6000MHz, CL30
Memtest shows other parameters?
