Can these thieves be named and shamed?
That remains a possibility, although I'm not going to do that at this time. That's an action that can't be undone, but we can always decide to do so in the future.
From my point of view, you should immediately name those thieves!
You named the teams they belonged to, so somebody just reading the post could think the whole team is "guilty". For sure this will not be the case, it's only those a.....s
Short: Don't name the whole team, name the guilty!
