No problems as far as know, Howdy2u2.
It's all good.
The last posts were addressing an issue which appeared when one wanted to see account data info for some users.
Your account data webpage was used as an example of the amount of information that was displayed, depending on the user viewing it being logged in or not.
Michael Goetz quickly took care of it.

OK..........phew!!! I thought I was under "investigation" for something my machines had done or were doing.
Now that I am home and could read the whole thread, I understand what was going on.

Not that I care for the machines that error all the tasks. I consider it a better option than the ones that "time out" or the ones that are kept for 3-4 days and then "mass aborted". It, in a way evens up the playing field for the slower GPU/ CPUs to have a chance against the faster machines and those with many many machines. From my location (IL) it takes 12 seconds from completion to it being sent to server after the "uploading" "ready to report" has been completed. I prefer my machine got beat by hours or minutes, not mere seconds.

During TDP does the advancement on projects increase in similar fashion to or as much as the Challenge series? Or do they advance like any "normal" non challenge day? Understandably GFN16 and PPSE (to me) would advance quicker due to them getting hit harder due to the completion times. Just curious if there is a "spike" across the board.

Are you using "Simple View" or "Advanced View" for the BOINC manager?

Simple seems to not show it on mine, while advanced does give the option.

Anyone else get the maintenance message? I was in "time out" for several minutes until I hit update.

The worst that happens IMO is:
Folks that download a poop ton of tasks and then abort them anywhere from 5 mins to 4 hours later and you seem to catch them all. Or same said situation and they let them time out.

EDIT: Forgot-endless errors on GPUs projects

Anybody running with a large cache -- meaning any cache at all -- is a godsend to everyone else as it give you a better chance to be the prime finder. I'd rather have to wait 4 days to find out I found a prime than be the double checker. Wouldn't you?

You have my "rant" backwards..............The projects were downloaded on the 6th completed by whomever then "aborted" by the DCr on the 10th and resent on the 10th. I am the double checker, thus the "rant"..................I'd have to dig really deep to find them again, since I have gotten more completed projects. Being a DCr isn't all bad, but yes I'd rather be the finder!!!

Is it just me or are there seemingly a LOT of "aborted/ timed out" projects during this? Or maybe I just didn't pay much attention to this any other time? It is what it is, but when a user aborts 158 (4 days after they got them) and then loads back up with 148 of the same project directly after aborting those same said projects.......are you in it to win it or just trying to mess it up for the rest of us?

Mark this as a rant I guess......
