2010 Challenge Series suggestions

My opinion, just leave the individual and team qualifications alone. If an individual or member of a team turns in valid credit during a challenge it should be recorded much as it has been. I just don't see why the big deal if a single person could score more points as a one man team than in individual standings, then more power to him/her. The only exception would be when multiple users combine computing power under a single identity, which i believe is already addressed.
Even though it probably won't effect me (except on a Team level), I do believe the scoring system should be revamped and extended. Maybe up to the 150-200 top individuals and 50-60 top teams.

Is the Validation process experiencing problems today or is it just me. Some wu's that reported a few hours ago are still pending validation. Usually the validation process seems very short, almost instantaneous.
Here's a list of the WU's in question (ignore the first one, as it is an unvalidated result from a cancelled wu back in january.)

So, I was thinking.. On the particpants / top users page it would be nice to see team affiliations after the participant name. Maybe this is something that could be implemented in future challenges.

I feel your pain daniel, my slow linux box is at 17hr cpu time with no progress. I know it's crunching but not knowing how far through the wu it's at can be a lil frustrating.
