Yes, that seems like I would match. Sorry for the slow response, only just got a chance to check the boards.
I'll try a new version of boinc when it's available.

Been getting a lot of these since the beginning of April. It seems to affect all LLR workunits, but I'm running two sieve right now and they seem to be fine. The LLR workunits fail immediately and I haven't changed any of the hardware.
Anyone know of options I can try?

Maybe the 6 minute work units are simply not suited for a challenge of this type. It must have been obvious that the servers will get completely overwhelmed.
That is the reason why the admins asked for help to crunch PPS (LLR) tasks before the challenge to reach higher n values (exponents) in the 550K range.
That's why I've been pointed at PPS (LLR) since John mentioned it. On the upside, it looks like I reported "1433*2^531949+1 is not prime" 6.5 minutes before the challenge. 517k (June 21st) -> 532k (July 25th) is pretty good considering.
Also, THANK YOU PG for offering these great challenges and doing your best to make them both exciting and successful. We clearly like them so much that we can't help but overload the servers. Thank you for all of your hard work keeping up with our enthusiasm. :)

How often are results for PSP LLR sent to the project? As in, how soon can I expect to see these several thousand results in their numbers?
Thanks!

Is there somewhere to see the range progress for PPS Sieve? Unlike the PSP Sieve, I can't seem to find numbers for the amount of T sieved or factors found. My apologies if this is a work in progress.

I can Boot into Linux & run the Proth WU's okay though, it's just in Windows they won't run anymore. I've done the following to try & cure the Problem short of Re-Installing the Windows OS:
I think you've identified the problem. I've had numerous situations where Windows core libraries become corrupted. Not sure how easy it would be, but I would try the following:
* Check a similar machine
* Identify all of the DLLs it loads (in memory virus scanners do this, so there's likely a utility)
* Compare the file checksums to those on the broken box
Given that you run many computers, and hoping that this is just one of the systems and not one you actually use for anything, I would hope that reinstalling wouldn't be as difficult as if it were your desktop machine.

I know it is more work ;)
But I think that many would enjoy the "thrill of competition" more by having sub-group leader boards (e.g., leaders among those with 1 host, 5 or less hosts, and more than 5 hosts, etc.) in addition to the overall board.
I really enjoy these challenges and I'm in on this one because it's PrimeGrid. I don't care that the cobblestones are ridiculously low, or that the progress doesn't show in Linux. It upsets me when people complain, because I know the admins are doing their best to resolve these deficiencies and the fixes simply didn't make it in before the challenge.
Things like the 10 hosts or less ranking takes time away from fixing problems and implementing new applications. Also, it encourages overclocking to maximize those 10 systems, which on these work units can waste half a day or more (per core) or even destroy a system.
Moral of the story: Attach your farm, run solid systems, filter the leaderboard yourself (there's a nice graph utility so you compare with your 5 closest friends / rivals on BOINCstats), and just have fun.

But: Does this 321 App really work on Linux64 or should I install 32-bit-code-expansions before or switch to old-death Win32? Im not sure Win32 could handle the amount of my RAM at all. :-/
Your best option is to try :) You can test with any LLR application, and if you want to run just a short test, try PPS LLR.
Just make sure to set your cache low, because they're about 3 minutes each!
