Issues caused by server upgrade, 2008 07 07

I don't know if this is related to the recent upgrade, but if a make a change to global preferences in my account manager, the result is home and work preferences are cleared.
After having updated the global preferences on a computer from another project, updating with PrimeGrid does nothing to the global preferences stored here.
I suspect it may be due to server upgrade, because I have seen strange behaviour on other early adopters (S@H).
