Yes, you are right. I have updated Nvidia driver to 311.20.
The Run time (sec) of my computers with GTX660ti have restored to 715. 23 sec.

So the best combination is Linux kernel 3.11 with driver 331.20!

The Run time (sec) of my computers with GTX660ti Slow down, from 715. 12 to 837.40 sec for PPS (Sieve) v1.39. BOINC Manager's Status was changed from 0.122 CPUs to 0.0741 CPUs. And GTX650ti is from 1,609 to 2,783 sec, GT640 is from 3,033 sec to 5,500 sec.
