- and was also wondering the same thing: WHY so slow?

Rolling back to 399.24 driver immediatelly!

It seems to me... It is probably fixing the user group rights.
And the affected computer is probably connected to a domain (thus breaking the rights after each restart by applying some restrictions on them) OR it is breaking those rights during restart due to something else...

and
primegrid_genefer_3_3_2_3.17_windows_intelx86__OCLcudaGFN

were just Neutralized by heuristic features as suspicious files - which look like W32/Exploit.gen.

Beware of these false positives when you are planning new GPU work from PrimeGrid + plan to let the PC unattented right after it (i.e. going on holidays)!

All who can: It would be helpfull to report these files to Panda website as "probable false positives" - to get them deep analyzed soon.
