Another example is when someone managed to boost his Celeron G1620 (2 threads) RAC to 26000 (~4x Xeon(R) CPU E7- 4870 @ 2.40GHz (80 threads)) in Rosetta@home, won't post link to his profile here, but you can find him in top participants if you want, he crunches for biblepay.
Do you have proof that an account is cheating or are you just gossiping?

I could see this person perhaps faking the hardware they are running so you don't see what hardware they are actually using... but I wouldn't call that "cheating". Maybe obfuscating. I don't understand the reasoning myself... but are you going to stretch to mean they are cheating with the submitted results?
