The M1 can run OpenCL code, but there is no guarantee of full GPU support. The programs using OpenCL would need to switch over to Metal. Fortunately that isn't too terribly difficult.

I am working on getting all of my programs in the mtsieve framework to run on Metal. I'm close to testing, but have been too busy to finish the task.
