Yes.

Check main task, there are two results pending instead of one.
Your validation task didn't validated main task. To find out who is guilty (the error can be either - most probably - in main task, either in your validation task), second main task has been sent. Now everybody have to wait until second main task is returned and validated in usual way. Then server will make a decision which tasks to accept.

OK, but the second main task is still unsent a week later. I'm guessing it is stuck in some kind of limbo.

It's not much activity on 321 now.

See now that might be a reason to have a new thread or even a new column on the main page, these Projects don't have much activity right now so it could be easier to get tasks validated more quickly, fewer users can mean not waiting for 5 people to get, keep a long time, then abort a task you have already completed. A percentage of activity column for each Project showing the percentage of in/out tasks compared to the other Projects. ie 321 might get a 5% while PPSE might get a 85%.

I don't think activity percentage is meaningful because the time to completion varies widely by subproject and by BOINC client.
I also don't think that current tasks in progress (in 15 minute intervals) is suitable because it's unstable due to user actions such as downloading a bunch of work in one interval and cancelling them in the next interval, which is unrelated to real client CPU activity.
What would be better is ("Tasks completed by day" x "average runtime in hours")/24 for each subproject to show the average number of tasks getting active client CPU time.

That sounds like a better idea.
