The current pfgw64 and llr do not allow multithreading where the newer pfgw64 and sllr64 allow multithreading.

Can we get an update so when we have new machines we do not have download the new software and install it manually.

It's not so simple. While it would be easy to simply ship the newer versions of PFGW and LLR(2), PRPNet itself needs to be modified to tell those programs to use multithreading.

The author needs to make the changes, and then we need to test it before it can be released. With only three projects still running on PRPNet, and at least one of those also get close to the end, I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

I'm not saying it won't happen. I'm merely pointing out that it's not trivial to do what you're asking.

You can already use the multithreaded llr with the current servers. You can find the manual at Mersenneforum.org: https://www.mersenneforum.org/showpost.php?p=455774&postcount=142. I also works with pfgw in the same way, but have use a similar notation (you can find here: https://wiki.bc-team.org/index.php?title=PRPnet#Multithreading_PFGW).
