Every now and again, people - you and I - may find things too difficult.
It is really not fun to feel very alone in your thinking.
Your thinking may be anything - it usually feels like you should 'just get over it' and worse.
You, your mind, can work against you in frustrating ways.
It can be awful.
It can be very unfair that people suffer in their mind but there is help.
It may be help you will always need.
Please do not suffer by yourself.

It is a person to talk to.
It can be a long journey - in my experience I don't remember the really bad times - not in the way I experienced them.
"THE DARKNESS" went away with a little black bird. Hopping around the bench I was sitting on. I got right into what it was doing and it's absolute place in the universe. It was clear to me that it had a place shaped by it and with balance with all else. Darkness went away and has never come back.
