I noticed that with the switch to LLR2, my WOO runtimes increased from around 75000 s to 85000 s while CPU time remained constant or even slightly decreased.

CPU: i7-4xxx (4 physical cores)
Windows 10
PG setting: 4 threads, use 50% of available CPUs

When checking the computer I saw that the LLR2 process only uses around 25-35 % of CPU time. Same settings had 75000 s runtime for LLR.

The strange thing is, this only happens when I assign cores to the process. I did that because it decreased runtimes by 2-3%. As soon as I assign the task to all cores, CPU utilization increases to 50%.

Easiest workaround would be not to assign cores anymore as it only gave 2-3% increase anyway. But I'm wondering what causes this strange problem, can others reproduce it?
