Hi folks,
As Mike and admin team know, after a month or so 'trial separation' from PG I've decided to call time on my involvement here. It's been a (mostly) fun 10 year adventure, and been a privilege to crunch with AtP in particular. I especially enjoyed the no-holds-barred irreverent banter, and it was also great to meet up with several of you in person.
I'll be leaving at least 1 of my Macs connected - after all there is still plenty of SOB work to be done! I may well be back, but not for a while...

You will be indeed missed by all here. Best of luck to you my friend and hope to see you here again someday.
Tried to remember an inspirational quote, but this was the best I could do...
Could we see when and where we are to meet again, we would be more tender when we bid our friends goodbye.

Sorry to see you go, guess you're timing it right on your 10 year anniversary. Your inputs to the project have made a difference to all. I enjoyed your YT video on the basics of FFT/LLR - must re-watch it at some point.
Do keep your account alive nonetheless.
All the best

iain, you were the one who urged me to join Aggie The Pew back when there were what: six, maybe eight members. I've never left. Hope to see you again.

Why you go and where you go ( you know answers), I wish you all the best!
And I hope I , as rest of AtP will see you soon again!

I am awfully sad you're are leaving. I am awfully glad to have had your company. I am awfully gratefully for you magnificent contribution to both PrimeGrid and, far more importantly, to Aggie The Pew.
I really do hope you'll stay in touch. So far as I am concerned BOINC credit is not that important for being a member of the team. If it was you'd still qualify on account of the BOINC credit and the sterling work for the project. Swing by from time to time and see what we are up to perhaps tell us what you are doing. If you are in London please do let me know. | |
