Is it just me (not being observant enough) or is it raining SGS primes recently?

Van Zimmerman is crunching SGS and might be taking them all.
Lol. :)
No, I've been noticing for example zunewantan got 6 or 7 in the one day a few days ago and they seem to still falling regularly since. Maybe we're in a sweet spot at present.

Crunching small WU's just before a challenge starts makes it easier to avoid:
- wasting time sitting idle waiting for the challenge start time
- crossing the challenge start time while crunching a long WU and having to wait it finish.

My task page shows ~20 000 SGS.
Since those are results in last 2 days, they have not been purge from DB so the number should be pretty accurate.

I only got one recently and that was almost two weeks ago. My cpu power pales in comparison to that of zunewantan and Honza. | |

Yes I got one too about a week ago, my first took 58000 wus, second took 20,000 but I'm the same, not much cpu power and not all on sgs either so I guess that's to be expected :)

I've also seen more SGS than at other times, five primes and two DCs since oct. 7th. only one in the last day or so...

Funny really, just before each CPU challenge there's a (consequential) mini challenge of SGS. :)
