In preparation for ending TRP Sieving, the size of the GCW Sieve workunits is now 4x as large as before. Credit is increased by the same amount.

In addition, there are new sieve files as of 2017-04-20. At the moment, new workunits are being created only for b=116. Once enough of those have been created to get to the initial optimal level, we'll start generating new workunits for the other bases as well.
