I hate to be the guy asking about credits, but I've recently just started crunching PSA workunits after being strictly BOINC for awhile. I understand that the credits are applied differently. I think I started the PSA on December 23rd and have yet to see any credits show up in my account. I'm really not too worried about them, but I would like to see some evidence of whether or not my machine is accomplishing anything successfully. Can someone tell me if there is any other thing I can look at to verify I followed instructions correctly and if the results are getting back appropriately?
Thanks,

Sure. What PRPNet port are you crunching, and what user name did you put in the PRPNet configuration?

Grrrrrrr. I think I know what happened.
Are you using the user name "Jay"?
"Jay" is already in use on PRPNet, by someone else, and if two people use the same username on PRPNet, all the credit goes to the first person.
If you're using "Jay" as your username on PRPNet, you need to IMMEDIATELY change it to something else. I recommend using your BOINC user ID number (56067) as your PRPNet username. Or something like "Jay_56067".
Let me know if that's indeed what happened and I'll see if I can decipher the mess this made of the credit. It should be fixable.
(You do NOT need to change your username on BOINC. That's fine. It's just the username you're using on PRPNet that needs to change.)

I was using the "Jay" as my username. It's now changed to "Jay_56067".
So far everything I had done on PRPNet has been GCW, port 12004
I appreciate the assistance and I apologize for the confusion. | |

If it helps at all, the e-mail address has been consistent and remains so.

No need to apologize. This certainly is not your fault.
I'll clean up the credit this weekend when I do the PRPNet manual credit.

Thank you. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help make the process as smooth and easy as it can be.

It's should all be cleared up now. The credit will be correctly going to you from now on, including all the work that was mistakenly credited to the other Jay. PRPNet credit trickles in slowly each night, according to your RAC, so you won't see it all at once. But it will start tonight, and by tomorrow you should see your PSA credit start to ramp up.
