After hearing a report that the new driver 375.57 broke F@H, I immediately thought "oh no, 364 OpenCL fiasco again..." and proceeded to investigate. I quickly ran a bit of GFN Manual Sieve and some N=13 random testing and the results matched between versions, indicating that PrimeGrid is probably safe (didn't test PPS SV, 12M Manual SV or AP27, though).
HOWEVER, when I ran F@H, every single WU would fail. So the report was right, the new driver did break something.
Now, again, PrimeGrid seems to be fine. It probably is. But given that the 364 ghost is still around, I'd advise caution and to NOT update to the new driver, especially if you are currently running F@H like I am. If you do update, however, stay sharp for failing WUs. Likewise, I'd advise project managers to keep an eye for increased failure rates.
