That you found no factors in the range that you searched. Eventually if you search far and long enough, you won't see that message, since then you'll have found a factor :)

Sieving is removing easier to find non-primes from the field of testing. You get a set of numbers to do this sieving through. Sometimes you find no factors, so all the numbers in that sieve file will be tested in LLR. Sieving doesn't find primes, it finds factors and removes them from prime candidates.

I guess you are not accurate enough.
"No factors" means none of the numbers from the given range of candidates for the role of to factors divides any k·2^n-1 for 56 specific values of k and n <= 50M
So it means nothing about need to test in LLR at all.
