Is PRP server move in progress???

Hi, I have time to restart some of my prp projects, and found that the server is not up, or not responding. After adding other projects in order to get any work, they all failed. Further, a ping of the server(s) comes up empty.
Thanks in advance for your assist.

No, the PRPNet move is not in progress.
I did a quick sampling of ports on both servers, and they all were running. Which ports are you having trouble with?

Thank you all for the reply, it looks like the last ports I was using are closed now (PPS/12000), it has been a few months since I was on. Should have checked the current projects! :/ Time to see what other projects I can do. Thanks again.

You asked this question one day too early!
We just found out that the old servers are physically coming out tomorrow. This is more than a little surprising because we had been told this would happen next week. We had a plan for the move to the cloud, and even a backup plan in case that one didn't work, but that's all been thrown out the window now.
A few minutes ago we shut down prpnet.primegrid.com so we can safeguard the data. Therefore, the following ports are down, and will stay down until we can bring them up on a different server:
GCW, Primorial, Factorial, GFN32768, GFN65536, 27, and 121.
Ports on other servers are not affected.
We're really sorry for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.
I'll post more details when they become available.
P.S. I know the biggest question you probably want us to answer is "How long will they be down?" Of course, I don't know, but if I had to guess, I'd say 3 to 4 days. It may only be hours, it might be a week or more, but 3 or 4 days seems reasonable considering everything that's going on (the Valentines Day challenge, availability of personnel, etc.)

Will you also be performing some voodoo to prevent people from losing lots of work because they miss their deadline due to the move?

FYI, prpnet servers should come back online in about an hour or so.

With the servers back up, any chance that we can get some more work loaded on the GFN65536 port?

Yay! :)
FYI, the GFN262144 work is now giving maxerr exceeded messages on my GPUs. It appears that we have reached the "b" limit for GeneferCUDA on this project.

It's good to know that the -l tests accurately predict the real-world limitation.
It's also pretty nice that we've been able to do enough crunching to get to the limit!
