Unfortunately, due to excessively high error rates, we have pulled the Linux version of the WR (long) GFN application.

This should not affect short GFN tasks, any CPU tasks, any tasks running under app_info (aka anonymous platform), or any Windows tasks.

We've been seeing tremendously high rates of instantaneous errors among Linux computers attempting to run the long WUs, and the effects on the project were becoming too severe to let it continue.

We will continue to search for a solution to this problem.

If you are (or were) successfully running long WR tasks under Linux, it should be possible to do so using the app_info/anonymous platform mechanism. Please ask for assistance if you need help migrating to app_info. For that matter, if you were successfully running Linux WR tasks, we'd like to hear from you just to know how you managed to do it (and therefore hopefully determine how to make that work for everyone.)
