Maybe a little error checking for un-set configuration options is in order? (Unless, of course, there's actually a PrimeGrid user with the ID "PG_username" and a computer called "clientID".

Think of all the free credits I could get if I created a user here called "PG_username"! (j/k)

Zero free credits? :D I think the e-mail address is more important for PSA credit distribution...

Although it's not shown, I'd wager the email adresss is your@email.here. It's syntactically valid as an email address.

Imho (John does it know):
Credits are granted by matching userid to BOINC-PrimeGrid-userid;
if the userid isnt unique or not matching, the email-address (can only be seen serverside) is a hint;
if the email does not fit a PrimeGrid-email-address - none is getting boinc-credits

It's not a valid TLD, but the email doesn't actually have to work in order to create a PrimeGrid account with that email address.
How do I know that? I just did it. :)
Well, at least John will know who the schmuck was who created that account, since he obviously won't be able to reach him via email!

Oh, I just realized I did it wrong. I created "PG_username" whereas I probably should have created "PG username". Oh well.
