will it be refilled or is searching stoped because of primes not entering the top5k ?
Good question. I think it will continue as John wrote elsewhere: We are ~62% through the search space with no success. We are on the unlucky side now to not have found a twin or a Sophie Germain. Even with single primes falling off the Top 5000 list, we'll continue to search for at least one of these significant primes. A find for either will be a World Record. :)
Last batch was done down to 39.8T, BOINC SGS is currently up at 28.27T, much slower pace it seems.
There are about 750k tests for 1T range (including to n up to 666685 or 19 of k's) so a lot of work left in remaining 11.5T.
Are we 70%+ done in this search space?
Personally, I would put PRPNet SGS on hold (since it's available for BOINC) and would let PPSElow advance or put GFNlow in place (which is not available/suitable for BOINC)

I don't see anything strange on the server and it seems to work.

You might want to shut down and restart prpserver, although the error is not one that I have seen before. |

This probably isn't related, but in case your ISP just happens to be Verizon, it seems they're having routing issues on their network. This results in intermittant inability to connect to certain destinations.
On the off chance you ARE connected to the Internet via Verizon, try rebooting your router which will establish a new IP, which may make the problem go away temporarily.
I'm affected by this outage, and it's causing a lot of oddball problems.

No that's not my ISP, but routing problems can do strange things.. Anyway, it works for the moment so I'm happy :-) .

Sorry to say that I'm getting those error messages again ([2011-12-13 10:10:12 CET] prpnet.primegrid.com:12000 connect to socket failed with error 111) and I can't reach "http://prpnet.primegrid.com:12000/server_stats.html" either. I'm getting "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at prpnet.primegrid.com:12000.".
Anyone else having these problems?
Walle

Just saw one of these flashing by:
[2012-07-08 18:28:31 WEDT] SGS: ERROR: Test for 19389043431105*2^666667-1 was rejected. The server encounted an SQL error
What's up with that? Rejecting for being to late normally gives a different error I believe.

I haven't seen the server do that on the current version. Lennart needs to send me the error as it should be in the log. |

Port looks down again. Can someone please cheer it up?

Seems to me that it's not that the port is down, but that this range of n for SGS is complete:
