Sorry to litter the forum with this, but I couldn't find any reference to this subproject. Did you really, finally took over RieselSieve's legacy? When will this be announced? Do you have wu's? 64 bit? What k's and what n's? LLR? PRP? What happened to the RS admins? DETAAAILS, please! :D

The slow computer only has 2GB memory while the fast computer has 8GB. So there is probably a lot of swapping on the slow computer if all 4 cores are working.

Just don't ask why the difference in floating point and integer speeds. Perhaps because slow one is Q9550 @ 2.83GHz [EM64T Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 7] compared to Q9550 @ 2.83GHz [Intel64 Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 7]. May also be the operating system as well.

Since the CPU time for the slow computer is about double that for the fast one, it could be that the slow one is overheating and the thermal throttle has engaged.
