Hi,
I have a computer that run 4 clients.
The 4 clients have run 1 Factorial WU, but when it cames to send the results to the server, I've got the message that the WU doesn't exist on the server and the WU will be deleted.
Is it a known issue?

It isn't an issue, at least for the server. A number of things could have happened to cause this. First, the test might have expired on the server. An expired test would be deleted which would allow another user to grab a test for the number and complete it before your client responded with its test results. If that happened, then the number would be removed from the server and you would get that message. Second, John or Lennart might have edited the list of numbers in the server, removing one or more, and when you tried to send the test result, it was gone.
I suggest that you post the workunit in question so that John/Lennart can investigate. | |

33231!-1
33229!+1
33237!+1
33254!+1
These WU were not "in cache". Just grab them, compute immediately and return.

Could you also post the output from client associated with the tests for test workunits? I would be looking for both the output when the client got the test and the output when it sent the test back. | |

I believe this range is way past deadline, server sent them about a week ago. When looked into my logs:
[2009-07-29 18:26:59 GMT] FPS: 33237!-1 is not prime.
As of now, Min remaining n is 34790 (142890 digits long), server will send WU with 40000! within hours...

Hi,
sorry for the delay.
I take a look of the log and it seems 3 days elapsed between the time the client has retrieved the WU and when he reported WU.
So as you mentioned before, the database should have cleanup range during this 3 days.
I was playing with project settings and probably turned off FPS during these days.
My mistake.
